Bill has lived in the Victoria area on and off since 1992. He is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Victoria .
For over a decade Bill has been conducting business internationally as a Tour Manager and Regional Staff Manager for an active travel company. Through his international work, he has come in contact with many cultures and lived in many countries. This experience has made him realise how fortunate we are to be living in such a beautiful place and why we all love to call Victoria home.
Bill understands from his time as a dedicated triathlete and cross-country runner that hard work, patience and dedication will bring success to his clients. Bill brings with him world wide business experience and is a valued team member of the Properties in Victoria Professionals Team.

Anders was born and raised in Sweden and is able to speak both the English and Swedish languages. He was involved in the process of buying and selling long before he decided to become a licensed REALTOR® in 1990.
In 1991, Anders Treiberg teamed together with Liz Grambart ,another real estate agent in the business and in 2006 they began
negotiation with Bill Ethier and
finally convinced him to join the team, and they formed Properties In
Victoria Professionalsâ„¢.
In January 1993, he completed his Agent / Broker license through the University of British Columbia.

Anders tries to spend as much time as possible with his two wonderful daughters, Jenny and Linda. They are growing up so quickly! Anders has a variety of hobbies that occupy his spare time such as cooking, collecting fine wines and continually learning how to use his
computer to its fullest potential. He also loves sports. If you don’t see him running along Dallas Road or in a local road race (he is an avid runner) you may find him practicing Tae Kwon Do because he is working hard to obtain his black belt, one of his present goals.
As of January 2008, has taken a step back from the day to day activities of selling real estate and is now unlicensed and is acting in a business advisory council position.

Liz was born and educated in Switzerland. She speaks three languages – French, German, and English and is a former professional photographer who made the move into real estate in 1986.
In 1991, Liz teamed together with another REALTOR®, Anders Treiberg so that she may better serve her clients needs. Further in 1994 Liz completed her Agent / Broker license through University of British Columbia. In 2006 Liz and Anders began negotiation with Bill Ethier and finally convinced him to join the team, and they formed Properties In Victoria Professionals.
Liz, as of January 2008, has taken a step back from the day to day activities of selling real estate and is now unlicensed and is acting in a business advisory council position.
Time for a little fun and leisure are very important to Liz. In her spare time she travels, skies, reads, runs, cooks, takes art courses, and dotes over her son Mark, his wife Lisa, and of course her lovely grand children, Sarah and Ryan.

Sarah West grew up in New Brunswick and moved to the western part of Canada in 1994. She now calls Victoria her home and loves living so close to the ocean, mountains and smaller Gulf Islands. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and French. She later returned to school to complete her Bachelor of Education at the University of Victoria.
Sarah joined us in October as our International Client Care Coordinator. This is an exciting new position that we have added to our team to ensure that we are looking after our clients and their Real Estate needs to the very best of our abilities. Sarah has worked and traveled in Europe, Asia and Africa. She will be using her language skills and exceptional customer service experience with our local, national and international clients.
She is an active member of the Victoria community and enjoys running, cycling and hiking in Victoria’s beautiful surroundings. Sarah is looking forward to sharing this great community with our clients and friends.
David Wardle
David Wardle has lived and worked in the Greater Victoria area for over 20 years. An experienced REALTOR® who has worked extensively in music education, he holds a M. Ed. from the University of Victoria, as well as an undergrad degree in music from Carleton University. Since 2003 David has practiced real estate sales at Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty in Victoria.
