We here at Properties in Victoria Professionalsare proud to announce that our International Client Care Coordinator, Sarah West, placed 6th at the Shawnigan Lake 1/2 Marathon this past weekend. Well done Sarah.
Shawnigan Lake is located some 40km north of of Victoria BC, and has slowly transformed over the years from a “cottage country” community to a bedroom community for the Greater Victoria area. The commute is about 1 hr from the downtown core and this commute is offset by less expensive real estate, and a very beautiful place to live. Fresh Mountain air and wonderful scenery. A place you can really relax and also a fabulous place for ones outdoor pursuits like the Shawnigan Lake 1/2 Marathon ans well as the Shawnigan Lake 1/2 Ironman that is held earlier in the year. The next time you are in Victoria I highly recommend that you take a trip up there and see what I am talking about.
 After the run Sarah mentioned how wonderful and peaceful the run was and how the magic of the lake made the run seem effortless as she covered the 21 km of of undulating real estate with a personal best time. Congrats Sarah!
